About Me:

Age: 25

Origin: Kerry

Occupation: Environmental Scientist

Area of Responsibility: Linguistics and Cultural Expert

Of no proper fixed abode, the county of Kerrykindly adopted Aaron out of the goodness of their hearts. Responsible also for general equipment and logistics, all he has seemed to arrange so far is to bring his Lionel Richie Greatest Hits CD. Having being well travelled, Aaron is the team mascot throughout the trip. He is more than capable of a “cupla focal” in Persian and the team will rely on his expertise to guide them through thick and thin.

When the call came from Damien about this adventure, there was no decision to be made. It was the least he could do to show his gratitude for the support he received during difficult times.

About Me:

I am a adventurer at heart despite getting older and having family I still look for it. Younger days took me to Africa, Russia, Israel, America and Europe but keep finding ways to do it including with kids in a VW for 6month a few years back and walking bit of the Camino in Spain with them. I am very involved in local sustainable food projects, community and school gardens teaching permaculture and natural building developing our own demonstration small-holding training centre. I have been keeping an eye on similar projects in Mongolia and want to help our and strength Irish - Mongolian links in this area.
