Vehicle deposit
Before you leave on the rally you need to pay a vehicle deposit and register ALL of your vehicle details on the rally website. Without this we can not arrange for your vehicle to be imported. We will update you with full instructions for paying your vehicle deposit in due course.
The vehicle deposit for the Mongolia Charity Rally 2009 will be £400 for entry at Mongolia's Northern border and £800 for entry at Mongolia's Southern border.
This will be payable at a time set by Charity Rallies in the month before you depart for Mongolia.
Your vehicle deposit will be held as security by Charity Rallies for the following:
- Being delivered to Charity Rallies in Ulan Bator;
- Any repairs required to the vehicle before it is auctioned; and
- Any vehicle tax the vehicle may be subject to.
Please note that your vehicle deposit will not be refunded until Charity Rallies have confirmed each of the items above.
