Aleutia

The legend that is Mike from Aleutia was impressed by our choice of vehicle, and as he has been to Mongolia several times and done business there he agreed to loan/allow us to road test one of his computers. So we will have a low power computer system installed in the car, hooked up to a 15" screen (nope, don't know where we'll put it either, but we will!) and a folding keyboard, all driven by an inverter.

We intend to use the computer for a mixture of GPS, writing blog entries, transferring photos from cameras, watching films, playing games and just generally keeping us entertained. On our return we'll be writing up an article on how the computer coped in the conditions it was faced with and how it helped us with our journey.
