Who is Team Haerenga?


Team Haerenga is Ilya Skaler and Phill Derecourt, two young professionals who want to give their time for an awesome cause.


Phill is a 24 year old designer of exquisite pastries. He lives in Dublin, but comes from Ngaruwahia NZ. Phill's skills inlcude spontaneous masterpiece desserts and running marathons.


Ilya is a 25 year old solicitor, practising commercial law at a corporate law firm in Wellington NZ. He has operated a small scale marketing consultancy. Ilya's skills include speaking Russian and climbing mountains.

What Can Team Haerenga Offer to a Corporate Sponsor?


If you want some good exposure in the local (and hopefully national) press in Ireland or in New Zealand (or both), please contact us to discuss our sponsorship proposal. We have some solid and original suggestions to promote your brand.

How Will the Money Be Spent?

Team Haerenga wants to raise £4000 for Save the Children. This will go towards a £1000 cash donation, and a £3000 car that will be donated on arrival to Mongolia. Our funds raised toward the cash donation so far are shown on the totaliser inset on the right hand side of this webpage. Once the £1000 target is reached, we will collect funds for the car through our PayPal account.

 

Team Haerenga also wants to raise £2000 for team expenses. This will go towards petrol for 16,000 km, insurance for the car, and any necessary repairs to keep the car in condition for sale.


Any excess funds will be given to Save the Children.
