We recieved gifts off the governor DUGER Jamiansharav of the orphanage, one being a book about the orphanage and about how they are one big family. Also the blue scarf like peice of material is a Mongolian Gift that is a sign of respect and a long healthy life. Very kind of them and much appreciated
