Giviing it six nowt!

Greetings from Vienna! Team have arrived safely near the Hungarian border around stage 6 passing many sights and smells along the way. Sor far the team has gone through france on an epic all-nighter. We´re all used to driving inthe wrong side of the road with the occasional mishap/observational error (Mark). Following this we entered Switzerland, enjoying a lovely ride through rolling hills and sloped roofed houses top off with all the usual cow bells! The other night was spent in Luzern. A refreshing cold dip in the lake also served as a bath, the first wash in a while and a welcome respite from Jimmys unadiquet underwear quota!

"Did youuu knooooooow..."The team met a 'world champion carver' we assume he ment skiing not turkey as he was austria, he did however smell like turkey!Further intersting characters include a Hungarian cycling accordian player in Austria.

The LDV ( Lets Drive Vigerously) hasn't missed a beat, however the gaps by the doors leave a lot to be desired, many a wet arm and foot well has been had! All in all weathers' ace, Van's great, eating well. Mrs Harland, we require more pants and Paul is well and truely out of plates!

Well done boys! I hope everything continues to go as well. After you not being able to find the A34 I was a little bit worried but you are obviously better at map reading in Europe. (or praps they just have better signs!) Thinking of you lots. X

Good to hear all is well. Shame Jimmys pants letting the side down. Mrs Harland accepts no responsibilty for her sons inability to pack properly! Hope this issue doesnt threaten the success of the mission. Keep on truckin!! XXX

Well done lads - great progress - hope all is going well. Can send Jimmy some wet wipes if pants disintegrate. Remember your field craft and washing your bits in the field. Try and  avoid aromas in the LDV - bad for morale!!

Have shared your travel news with family - everyone thrilled. Have spoken to Nuneaton News who will definitely cover your story.

Carpe Diem!

Papa Lewis and family xx
