no phone reception for most of us. 7 hrs to go thru kaz border. V flat land. Camels. No trees. All doing well.blogging for Genghis car,1st gear,no known way, and surfers paradise. Flies and mosquitoes a menace, kaz border v corrupt. Land was all once sea.Heading toward Atyrau.Love 2 all @ home

No matter how strong the urge, no giving the camels man love!  All the best to the other teams...Thinking of you and we are missing you, hope the driving conditions improve!  We have decided not to find religion, or cross-stitch, but may well do what Jon says and have to start knitting!!   ;-) Love you loads baby... Natalie ♥

Hi Andy & Jon, Glad u ok.  Have thought of alliteration:  The Scarlet Skoda went Skittishly Scampering through Sea and Sand by the Shores of the Sea, Scaring all others ending Safely and Soundly in Sunny Mongolia.

Hi Andy & Jon.  Have had phone call from Jon's mum Brenda.  She says you've had breakdown and are out of the game.  Is that right, or can you fix the car.  Hope it not too serious and that you are both OK.  Please let us know the situation.  If you are out, take care and come home safe & sound.  Well done on getting that far.  Love Mumsie xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi guys

Sorry to hear about the Skoda, you did a great job getting as far as you did and we are all really proud of you both.  Hope the train journey home is a comfortable one!
