I'm 25 and spent most of my years growing up in a country bumkin village near Tamworth.  I too am a Police Officer.  I often wonder what my contribution to this journey will be, I cannot sing or use a spanner.  My tea isn't much good either.  I can always make sure my team mates don't get food poisoning, by eating all the food before they do.  They both say I'm a top bloke though.  I'm looking forward to an adventure and I'm always up for a laugh.  If it doesn't involve walking through the valley of the shadow of death, I'm not interested.  Mongolia here we come!

I'm Dave A.K.A Billy Treacle the singing D.J. Police
officer by day and entertainer by night. I can also handle a spanner.  If I can't fix it I can always sing, so if you hear somebody singing along the way you will know that the spanner has failed and we are in the sh*#.  My Motto is "If in doub't brew up" its amazing what you can achieve after a cup of char.

I am the driving force behind Team Vanishing Point.  I am 32 years old, married with 2 young children.  I live just outside Coventry.  I am a Police Sergeant working within the West Midlands Police.  I am always up for a challenge.  I'll find humour in the most difficult of circumstances, so will probably be laughing all the way to Mongolia.  When not driving a 3rd way around the world in a second hand motor I climb mountains in Europe.
